National REDD+ Academies in Asia/Pacific Region are designed to provide a strong framework for national level capacity building in which the needs of participants are tied to the delivery of on-the-ground REDD+ readiness activities through a long-term and sustainable learning experience. In delivering this training, the particular circumstances of each country are taken into account. Therefore, the structure of national REDD+ Academies varies from one country to another. In total there are 12 REDD+ Academy modules covering the following topics:

- Drivers of Deforestation and Forest Degradation
