Guia de apoyo para el Negociador Iberoamericano de Cambio Climatico
Se presenta una nueva publicación, en español, "Guia de apoyo para el Negociador Iberoamericano de Cambio Climático," que fue preparada con el apoyo de la Unidad de Ambiente y Energía del Centro Regional del PNUD para Latinoamérica y el Caribe y cofinanciado por el Gobierno de España. El objetivo de esa publicación es apoyar a los países iberoamericanos en sus esfuerzos de preparar y participar en las negociaciones del cambio climático de CMNUCC. La guia intenta fortalecer la capacidad de los encargados de la formulación de políticas en vencer las barreras típicas como lenguaje, complejidad de los temas, y las reglas de procedimiento por presentarles buen consejo e información clave.
A new guidance document has been published in Spanish, "Guia de apoyo para el Negociador Iberoamericano de Cambio Climático," with support from the UNDP Regional Center for Latin America and the Caribbean and co-financed by the Government of Spain. The objective of this publication is to support Latin American countries in their preparation and participation efforts in UNFCCC's climate change negotiations. The handbook mainly targets Latin American decision makers and climate change negotiators and aims to overcome common barriers such as language, thematic complexity, and intricate procedural rules through useful tips and key information.
