The UN-REDD Programme will be hosting an event at the Asia-Pacific Forestry Week (APFW) in Pampanga, Philippines on 26 February 2016. Titled "REDD+, is it really so difficult?", the session will be sure to generate lively discussion.

Over 1,000 people have registered for APFW, where 60 events will take place over the 5 days. This promises to be one of the biggest forestry events in Asia-Pacific in 2016.
